Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 21, 2026 · Last updated: July 21, 2026
1. Who operates VWA
Veteran Wealth Arsenal, LLC (“VWA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and the associated software tools. VWA is an independent, veteran-owned educational technology platform. VWA is not a law firm, a VA-accredited claims representative, or a health-care provider, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
You can reach us through our contact form for privacy questions or requests.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy describes how VWA collects, uses, shares, and retains information when you use our public website, calculators, and account features. It applies to information processed through the VWA platform. It does not govern third-party websites we link to, which have their own policies.
3. Information we collect
- Contact and account information: your name and email address, provided when you create an account or submit our contact form.
- Profile information: details you choose to enter, such as preferred name, branch of service, and timezone.
- Calculator information: disability rating percentages, dependent selections, and hypothetical “what-if” inputs. Public calculator inputs are processed in your browser and are not stored to an account unless you are signed in and choose to save them.
- Claim and condition information: conditions, claim goals, and intake answers you provide while using the guided tools.
- Uploaded records: documents such as medical records or VA decision letters that you choose to upload for analysis.
- Generated and derived information: structured analysis, evaluation results, plans, and recommendations produced from your inputs.
- Payment-related information: subscription and billing status. Card details are collected and processed by Stripe; VWA does not store full card numbers.
- Contact-form submissions: the name, email, and message you send us.
- Device, log, and usage information: standard technical data such as pages viewed, actions taken, approximate timestamps, and error logs used to operate and improve the platform.
4. How we collect information
We collect information directly from you when you enter it, upload it, or submit a form; automatically through standard technical logging when you use the platform; and from our service providers (for example, Stripe reports your subscription status back to us). We do not purchase personal profiles about you from data brokers.
5. How we use information
- To provide, personalize, and operate the platform and its tools.
- To generate calculators, analyses, plans, and recommendations from the information you provide.
- To process subscriptions and manage your account.
- To respond to contact-form messages and support requests.
- To send transactional communications related to your account.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, debug, and improve the platform.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
6. AI and automated processing
Some VWA features are deterministic calculations — for example, the combined-rating math and compensation estimates follow published VA rules and rate tables and do not use AI.
Other features are model-assisted: VWA uses AI models (provided through our platform infrastructure) to help organize information, draft supporting text, and produce plain-language explanations from the inputs you provide. AI is used to organize and explain information — it does not diagnose medical conditions, determine eligibility, or decide claim outcomes. All benefit decisions are made solely by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
7. Service providers and data recipients
We share limited information with trusted service providers only as needed to operate the platform:
- Base44: our application, database, hosting, email-delivery, and AI-model infrastructure provider.
- Stripe: payment processing and subscription billing.
These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and security commitments. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own independent marketing.
8. Selling, sharing, and advertising
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use third-party advertising trackers to target ads to you.
We do not use your records or personal data to train third-party AI models. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of VWA, our users, or the public.
9. Health and claim-related information
Some information you provide — such as conditions, symptoms, or uploaded medical records — is sensitive. We treat this information as sensitive and use it only to provide the features you request.
VWA is not a HIPAA-covered entity and is not a health-care provider. Providing information to VWA is not the same as sharing it with a doctor or the VA. Please share only what you are comfortable providing.
10. Uploaded-document handling
When you upload a document for analysis, it is uploaded to private storage and read through a short-lived secure link (currently about ten minutes) so the feature can process it. The raw file itself is not saved as part of your account records; VWA saves the resulting structured findings — such as conditions, dates, evidence gaps, and recommendations — rather than duplicating your full raw records.
Files are processed through our contracted technology providers to generate your results. We do not publish a fixed automatic deletion timeframe for raw uploaded objects in this policy, because that timing depends on our underlying infrastructure provider and is being confirmed. You may request deletion of content associated with your account.
11. Retention
We retain account, profile, claim, and derived information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Contact-form messages are retained as needed to respond to you. We may retain limited information longer where required for legal, security, audit, or dispute-resolution purposes. When you close your account or request deletion, we delete or de-identify associated information, subject to those exceptions.
12. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information, including access controls and operating on managed, access-restricted infrastructure. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and we cannot promise that information will always remain secure against every threat. Please use a strong, unique password and keep your login credentials private.
13. Your choices and rights
You can access and update much of your profile information from within your account. You may request correction or deletion of your personal information, and you may set communication preferences. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including rights to access, delete, correct, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
To make a request, use our contact form. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
15. Children
VWA is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
16. External links
Our platform may link to third-party websites and resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Review their policies before providing information.
17. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised policy.
